                 FAQ                 

Question 1: What payment method do you accept?

We prefer Paypal payments, includes Credit Card, Master Card, American Express, Bank Account
We also accept Money Order or Personal Check



Question 2: What company do you use for shipping service?

To continuous 48 states and Canada, we use UPS and Fedex Standard shipping.
AK, HI, GU, PR, VI, APO, FPO and other countries, the shipping cost will be MORE. Contact us first for the details.


Question 3: How long will I receive the parts that I order?
When the order payment clears, most orders will be shipped within 2 BUSINESS days.
For North America Shipping Address
UPS Standard usually takes 3-5 BUSINESS days to deliver the packages.
We will send you an email with the tracking number once the parts are shipped.
For Outside of North America Shipping Address
It will take longer time, please call or email us for more details.



Question 4: What is the warranty policy?

NO return or refund for USED parts.

For USED brake rotors, we offer 69 days warranty for warping.
To perform this warranty, buyer needs to ship back:

1. The defected parts
2. Licensed mechanic signature and information (shop name, address, phone#, mechanic name, etc.)

After we received them, the replacement new parts will be shipped to buyer within 2 business days.
Caution:
1. The round-trip shipping cost must be paid by buyer.
2. Any custom and duty fees associated with the returns or exchanges will be charged to the buyer.


For USED brake pads, we offer 30 days warranty for any defects.
To perform this warranty, buyer needs to ship back:
1. The defected parts

After we received them, the replacement new parts will be shipped to buyer within 2 business days.
Caution:
1. The round-trip shipping cost must be paid by buyer.
2. Any custom and duty fees associated with the returns or exchanges will be charged to the buyer.


Uninstalled parts can be returned for refund within 30 days AFTER you receive the parts.
To perform the refund, buyer needs to:

1. Call or email us to get an authorization for return
2. Shipping back the uninstalled parts

After we received them, the refund will be processed within 2 business days.
Caution:
1. Buyer must pay the returning shipping cost.
2. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
3. The 25% re-stock fee will be deducted from the refund if the returning date is between 7 to 30 days AFTER you receive them.
4. NO refund or exchange for the parts received over 30 days.
